Nicole’s Underwater Bridal Session with Amy Karp Photography

I love my job. Seriously. And I love being stretched and pushed creatively and professionally outside of what’s comfortable and routine. Which is why, when Nicole booked me for her wedding and then told me she wanted her makeup done for her underwater bridal photoshoot with none other than Amy Karp, my heart skipped a beat!

Wedding day waterproof is a must, obviously. But tears of joy are no comparison to an hour-long dunk in a swimming pool, so this was going to take some research and a little trial and error before our shoot! With just the right products, I was able to create Nicole’s flawless bridal look and literally sealed it in so she was free to dance and play in the water with her makeup fully in tact.
